Board Members present were Chairman j <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G. Nelson and <br /> Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera and Marshall A. Brem. Local Building <br /> Inspector Richard Hawryluck also attended the meeting. Associate Members Zella E. <br /> I � � <br /> Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgenson were not in attendance. <br /> it I � <br /> Judith & Brian Miller—Request a Variance from Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to exceed the 70-foot total length limit to allow for construction <br /> of a pier, ramp and float on Popponesset Bay on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 2 Popponesset Island Road (Map 105 Parcel 267) Mashpee, MA. <br /> I <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan, III and Robert G. Nelson <br /> John Johansen represented the petitioners, Brian and Judith Miller. Mr. Johansen <br /> informed the board that he overlooked the expiration date for the Variance, which the j <br /> Board granted in 2001. He said that he was under the impression the Variance was valid <br /> for two years. This is a new house purchase and when the Miller's went to Little River <br /> Boat Yard to complete some work they were informed that the Variance had expired. !�' <br /> The Board determined this was just a timing matter and had been previously granted ! j <br /> twice. All appropriate boards have signed off on this matter. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. f <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant the following: <br /> II i 1 <br /> ♦ A variance for permission to exceed the 70 foot total length limit for r <br /> construction of a pier, ramp and float on property located at 2 Popponesset <br /> Road, Mashpee MA. j I� <br /> Mr. Regan referenced the following specific findings: V-01-18; and SP-0I-19. <br /> Robert G. Nelson seconded the motion.
