All agree. So moved. <br /> Constance Lally: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Little River on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 387 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125 Parcel 3) <br /> Mashpee MA. <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Zella Elizenberry and Marshall Brem <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moves to grant a special permit to allow construction of a pier, ramp , <br /> K & float on Little River on property located at 387 Monomoscoy Road. <br /> cF. <br /> Mr. Nelson seconds the motion.
