All agree. So moved. <br /> Reference plot plan and numbers 1, 2, 3 from first section, and 1, 2, 3 and 4 from <br /> section B. Findings 1 and 3. <br /> Susan Hughes: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to allow for construction of a pier, ramp and float on Santuit Pond on property <br /> located in an R-5 zoning district at 43 Santuit Lane (Map 30 Parcel 5) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, Marshall Brem and Robert G. Nelson <br /> Mr. John Salinski from Cape & Islands Engineering opens for the petitioner. The <br /> petitioner is requesting a permit for a float relocation on an existing dock on Santuit <br /> Pond. This pier ramp and float was built approximately 2 previous owners before the <br /> Hughes purchased the property and they are looking to correct this matter. <br /> Conservation has approved this project. The plans currently existing are from Mr. <br /> Vitale and are going to expire. Mr. Salinski agrees to mark off the bulk head on the <br /> plans that is not in effect. Length of the dock is 32 feet. No issue there. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Nelson moves to grant the special permit to allow the pier ramp and float to be <br /> constructed. Marshall Brem seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br /> No comments from abutters. <br /> Plans from Gary Vitale dated 9/21/02 are referenced with conditions 1-6 marked as <br /> criteria. <br /> j <br /> Phillip Rothschild: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> vary the side setback requirements to allow for an existing deck on a dwelling on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 14 Pine Avenue (Map 123 Parcel 40) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan, III, Robert G. Nelson and Edward M. Govoni <br /> 6 Mr. Rothschild requests a variance from setbacks with respect and an existing deck. <br /> Mr. Bart Dutto, an abutter at 16 Pine Ave would like to have Mr. Rothschild erect a <br /> fence. Mr. Dutto and Mr. Rothschild have worked out an agreement to have Mr. <br />
