Board of Appeals Minutes <br /> September 25, 2002 <br /> 9 <br /> Rothschild put up a fence approximately 8 feet high and about 80 feet long, maintain <br /> that fence and complete this in 120 days. This will maintain both parties' privacy. <br /> Mr. Dutto refers to a brochure that both parties have looked at and agreed upon. <br /> Mr. Regan moves to grant the following: <br /> A 9.6-foot variance on the lot line where existing deck is with a condition of the fence <br /> being built. Reference findings 2, 3, - findings 2, 3, and 4. <br /> A 6.3% variance for lot size coverage. <br /> INFORMALS <br /> Mr. Michael Crowe: requests and informal discussion as to interpretation of the word <br /> "paving" in his decision. After much discussion with the Board and Mr. Crowe it was <br /> determined that paving his driveway means "asphalt" and he is directed to abide by the <br /> decision rendered by the Board on May 9, 2001 and filed with the Town Clerk on May <br /> 15, 2001. <br /> Attorney Paul Glynn has requested an informal discussion on Chapter 40B. Mr. Glynn <br /> and Mr. Lavalle present their proposal for a twelve-house project. They hope to have <br /> all of their documentation filed shortly and be put on the agenda within the next month <br /> or so. Their proposal was in depth regarding their ideas and land options. The Board <br /> took everything under advisement and will forward Mr. Glynn the Mashpee Town <br /> Regulations. <br /> Executive Session: Mr. Govoni called an Executive Session at 10:00 p.m..
