Owner of record: Jonathan& <br /> Lorraine Burtis. <br /> r' <br /> r Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> 4 Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> F <br /> " newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and <br /> September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 25, 2002 , at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> [ Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan, III and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering opened for the petitioner. Mr. <br /> f, Sanicki informed the Board that his client received a building permit in error before <br /> coming to the Board of Appeals to get a variance and special permit for the above <br /> E:, property. The dwelling is already existing and maintains the same footprint. The area <br /> designated as the deck/porch is now square footage in the house. Mr. Nelson inquires <br /> about the lot coverage. Mr. Sanicki informs the Board that the lot coverage does increase <br /> J¢t slightly. The Conservation Commission has presented a negative determination. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> 4 <br />
