Govoni, Marshall <br />.F <br /> Brem and Robert G. Nelson. I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering presented for the petitioner. <br /> He is requesting a permit for a float relocation on an existing dock on Santuit Pond <br /> currently unpermitted by previous owners. The new owner, Susan Hughes is looking to <br /> correct this matter. The plans currently existing from Mr. John Vitale are about to expire. <br /> The dock is 32 feet long and the Conservation Commission has approved this matter. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky agrees to mark off and sign the bulkhead area to be removed on said plans, <br /> f <br /> conditioned hereto. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> F-' <br />
