Strazzullo 2 Seconsett Point <br /> Map 119 Block 105 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 12, 2002 by Frank C. and Janice R. Strazzullo <br /> for a Variance from Sections 174-21 and 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary the lot <br /> size requirements and setbacks from the front, side and rearyard requirements on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 2 Seconsett Point(Map 119 Parcel 105)Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and <br /> September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board ' <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. I' <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering opened for the petitioner. He <br /> asks the Board to vary the setbacks as follows: are asking for 20 feet in the front yard, <br /> d <br /> 14.5 feet in the rearyard and 3 feet in the sideyard. They will be installing a new septic <br /> system. Lot coverage will remain at 20%. This is an"L" shaped lot and it is undersized. <br /> The Board of Health and Conservation Commission have approved this project. <br /> , f <br /> i <br />
