Hinden 127 Shore Drive C <br /> Map 117 Parcel 261 D <br /> A Petition was filed on September 13, 2002 by Peter R. and Dolores L. Hinden to <br /> request a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for <br /> demolition of an existing house in order to construct a new house on property located in <br /> � i <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 127 Shore Drive (Map 117 Parcel 261) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and <br /> I E <br /> September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> f <br /> of Appeals were resent and actin throughout: Robert G.Nelson, Zella Elizenberr and <br /> I <br /> Frederick Bor enson. <br /> g <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> i <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering opened for the petitioner. He <br /> asked the Board to grant a Special Permit to allow for the demolition of an existing house <br /> 1' <br /> in order to construct a new house on the subject property. Lot coverage will remain at <br /> 20%. The Board moves to grant the Special Permit for the demolition of the subject <br /> property. <br /> No comments from abutters. <br /> 0C I 1;%, � I J. 0 Z0 <br /> 3" i1.1d. /� <br />
