Hinden 127 Shore Drive C <br /> Map 117 Parcel 261 <br /> D � <br /> A Petition was filed on September 13, 2002 by Peter R. and Dolores L. Hinden to <br /> request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary the existing front <br /> setbacks and lot size requirements in order to construct a house on property located in an j <br /> �.R-3 zoning district at 127 Shore Drive (Map 117 Parcel 261) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and <br /> September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearin <br /> was held on the Petition at the Mashpee pee Town Hall on <br /> 1 , <br /> Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, Zella Elizenberry and i <br /> Frederick Borgenson. ' <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering opened for the petitioner. He <br /> asks the Board to vary the setbacks for the front and sideyard since it is a corner lot. The { <br /> lot coverage will remain at 20%. There will be a new septic systems installed and The I' <br /> Board of Health and Conservation Commission have approved the project. Revised plans <br /> showing additional plantings have been submitted as well. <br /> The Board moves to grant the following: <br /> ♦ A variance for 5 feet on Pond Street <br /> ♦ A variance for 6 feet on Shore Drive <br /> ♦ A lot size variance of 32,400 square feet. <br /> No comments from abutters. <br />
