Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and <br /> September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward Govoni, Robert Nelson and <br /> Richard Guerrera. <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the j <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Jeremy Carter represented the petitioner. Mr. Carter informs the Board <br /> that the petitioner, Eli Florence found significant strucutural damage to his home when he <br /> I! <br /> initially began to install a pool and deck. He requests a Special Permit to demolish the j <br /> existing house and rebuild another house within the same footprint. Lot coverage will <br /> remain at 20%. Conservation Commission and the Board of Health have approved this <br /> project. The Board of Health has conditioned this approval with their being part of the <br /> final inspection of the property so as to ensure the proposed room over the garage does <br /> not become a bedroom. Petitioner will replace the 1500 gallon tank with new 1500 gallon <br /> H-20 rated septic tank and provide concrq j rls�r; *ith rims and covers at finish garde. <br /> 7 ,L <br />
