Strazzullo SP-02-109 <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS A <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 2 Seconsett Point and consists of 13,419 <br /> B <br /> square feet. <br /> C <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS D <br /> J <br /> 1. is consistent with applicable state and town regulations, statutes, bylaws and <br /> plans. <br /> i <br /> 2. will not adversely affect public health or safety. I <br /> 3. will not cause excessive demand on community facilities. <br /> 4. will not significantly decrease surface or groundwater quality or air quality. <br /> 5. will be an improvement with installation of a new Title V septic system. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> I <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 9, <br /> 2002 to grant a Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with <br /> plans of Cape & Islands Engineering, Plot Plan of Land located in Mashpee— <br /> I <br /> Massachusetts,prepared for Frank Strazzullo, dated March 9, 1995 and Septic Plans from <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering, Plan No. 090602, File No. 143MA, Septic File No. 71, dated <br /> September 6, 2002. <br />
