Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a ! I <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, November 1 and November 8, ) <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,November 13, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry <br /> I � , <br /> and Frederick Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the I F I� <br /> p g <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of f <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. i l <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the petitioner. He is <br /> requesting a Special Permit to allow for the demolition of a seasonal cottage to be H <br /> replaced with a new two-bedroom dwelling. Due to the size of the small lot,the ; !� <br /> Petitioner is seeking an increase in lot coverage of 4%. The Board in general is against <br /> M <br /> any lot coverage over 20%. However, due to the small lot and the installation of a new I <br /> Title V septic system, the Board agrees to grant the Special Permit. <br /> I <br /> '�l <br />
