Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> �ba ' <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee,November 1 and November 8, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 13, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem <br /> I <br /> and Frederick Borgeson. Robert Nelson stepped down from this hearing, but remained <br /> present as an interested party. <br /> f <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the �, <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> , I <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Carl Delorme of Mid Cape Construction, Inc., represented the Petitioners to <br /> request a Special Permit to complete the accessory structure that will become an in-law <br /> f <br /> i <br /> apartment for Mrs. Tippo's mother who is ill. The addition meets all requirements for I f <br /> setbacks, zoning, and the Board of Health and exceeds the required 750 square foot <br /> minimum.
