After j <br /> much discussion with the Board, it was determined that the proposed second floor deck <br /> will be constructed beyond the existing deck and therefore setting it back even further <br /> from the wetlands. The Board suggested to Mr. Slavinsky that a Variance is not needed I' <br /> i <br /> at this juncture.
