Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HBREBY ORDERED that the New NG AID TELEPHONR AND TBLEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VDEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or ideatical locations for and pew on to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be Placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary,in the public way or ways hereinafter preferred t ,as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 31st day of July 16 . All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditiona:�- Pole's shah be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi. cated upon the plan marked-N.
