If MASS.FORM 561 ORDER FOR JOINT-OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS in Board of Selwtmen of the'down of M shp - Massachusetta. Notice having been gib and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HBREBY ORDERED: that the NEW NG AND TBLBPHONB AND TBI GRA H COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY e and they,are hereby grand joint or IdeuticeJ locations for andpermission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem neocssa�,in the public way or ways hereinafter refer to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 21st day of October 1964 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions�-�- ,# Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi.0 eated upon the plan marked-N.
