The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with Plan 1117997 w <br /> by Cape & Islands Engineering. <br /> On October 13, 1999, Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. filed a Petition for a Minor �w; <br /> Modification to the above-referenced Variance. ; <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously l� <br /> on October 13, 1999 to grant the Minor Modification to the Variance <br /> V-98-23. <br /> On January 5, 2000, the applicant requested a modification of the above-referenced <br /> Variance,V-98-23. The Modification includes the following improvements: <br /> 1. extend the left side of cooler line an additional 8 x 4 feet. <br /> 2. extend mansard roof across entire length of the front of the building. w� <br /> Jt <br /> Mr. Keith Gay represented the applicant who would like to extend the cooler and the <br /> mansard roof for a more aesthetically pleasing look to the building.
