Govoni, Robert G.Nelson and James E. Regan III. <br /> Mr. Walter Yarosh, architect for the project, represented the applicant who also attended <br /> the meeting. The existing house is a one-bedroom home which the applicant plans to <br /> increase to a three-bedroom home with the proposed addition.
