Mashpee Zoning Minutes—January 26, 2000 6 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Mr. Guerrera asked about the garage. Mr. Yarosh said that the proposal is for the <br /> 3 addition of a two-car garage with three bedrooms above it. He stated that the existing <br /> dwelling would not support the addition of three bedrooms on a second floor. <br /> r <br /> Ms. Elizenberry questioned how the three bedrooms would be accessed. Mr. Yarosh <br /> _= stated that access is gained by going across the porch and up a set of stairs to the three <br /> bedrooms and a bathroom. ' <br /> Mr. Govoni questioned whether or not two residences could be built on the same lot. Mr. <br /> Yarosh replied that the proposal is considered one residence because there is only one <br /> kitchen.
