Mashpee Zoning Minutes—January 26, 2000 7 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> 4 <br /> Ashers Path West is a 40-foot wide unpaved road. Mr. Wheeler confirmed that other lots r <br /> have been developed on that road and that the road is wide enough. <br /> b Mr. Hauck stated that the lot size requirement in an R-5 zoning district is 80,000 square rr <br /> feet. ' <br /> One abutter sent a letter to the Board in opposition to the proposals. The abutter did not <br /> specify what his objections are. The abutter's lot is similar in size and shape to the <br /> applicants' lots. <br /> Mrs. Shirley Nurse Peter, an abutter, stated that the road is not a problem and that her lot <br /> and the subject lots are the largest lots in the area. She said that she has no objection to <br /> the proposal. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 39,876 square feet for 209 Ashers Path West, <br /> subject to criteria: 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings: 1, 2, 4. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant a Variance of 8,324 square feet for 205 Ashers Path West, <br /> subject to criteria: 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings: 1, 2, 4. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant a Variance of 31,804 square feet for 195 and 203 Ashers Path f <br /> West to be combined into one lot, subject to criteria: 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings: 1, 2, 4.
