Gargiulo, TR. —Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing building and construct a single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 16 Pine Avenue ' (Map 123 Block 42)Mashpee,MA. Sitting: Edward M. Govoni,Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. This petition 1 was opened but not heard because the engineer failed to attend the meeting and represent �� � y+141 the applicant. Mr. Govoni moved to continue the hearing until February 23, 2000. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All agreed. Cape & Islands Engineering sent a letter to the Board requesting the withdrawal of Petitions for Alberto Velella and K.C. Realty. The Petitions have not been advertised so the applicant can receive reimbursement of his application fees. Mr. Govoni moved to withdraw the Petitions without Prejudice. Mr.Nelson seconded.
