Lempitski j <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> II <br /> erm <br /> By-laws for permission to <br /> Y p demolish an existing building and construct asingle-family <br /> home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 102 Captains Row(Map 96 Block <br /> 14) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, ai'I <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 7 and January 14, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> �I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 26, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: : Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mrs. Lempitski represented her application and said that she and her husband <br /> are requesting a Special Permit to allow for demolition of the existing summer home on <br /> the property. Mrs. Lempitski stated that construction of the new year-round home would <br /> be on the existing foundation. No Variance relief is required. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters., <br />
