V-00-25 209 Ashers Path West <br /> Map 60 Block 40 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 28, 1999 by Kenneth and Gail Anderson, <br /> I , <br /> Trustees, of Mashpee,Massachusetts for a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-32 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot size requirements and to allow j <br /> for construction of a single-family dwelling on an unpaved road on property located <br /> in an R-5 zoning district at 209 Ashers Path West(Map 60 Block 40)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 7 and January 14, <br /> 2000. I' <br /> At the Public Hearings held on January 26, 2000,the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously to grant a Variance of 39,876 square feet from the lot size <br /> requirements. <br /> In February 2001,the Board received a request from Attorney Jeremy Carter on <br /> behalf of the Petitioner for correction of a surveyor's clerical error. <br /> it <br /> At the Public Hearings held on February 28, 2001,the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> i <br /> voted unanimously to amend the original Variance,V-00-25, and to grant a Variance of <br /> 38,742 square feet from the lot size requirements on the property located at 209 Ashers <br /> Path West. <br /> I' <br /> IN FAVOR: James E.
