Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 7 and January 14, j <br /> 2000. <br /> At the Public Hearings held on January 26, 2000,the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously to grant a Variance of 8,324 square feet from the lot size <br /> requirements. <br /> i <br /> In February 2001,the Board received a request from Attorney Jeremy Carter on <br /> 'j <br /> behalf of the Petitioner for correction of a surveyor's clerical error. <br /> At the Public Hearings held on February 28, 2001,the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously to amend the original Variance,V-00-26, and to grant a Variance of <br /> 10,550 square feet from the lot size requirements on the property located at 205 Ashers j <br /> Path West. <br /> i <br /> IN FAVOR: <br /> ames gan <br /> l <br /> IN FAVOR: <br /> R' hard T.
