ADDENDUM A <br /> Any further rermark4 in explanation Qf this auplication• <br /> Applicant was issued a special permit SP-86-04-024, filed with the Town <br /> Clerk on July 10, 1986. The Special Permit granted the applicant the right, <br /> with certain conditions, to operate and build a retail/office/restaurant and <br /> residential complex. <br /> Since that date, applicant (formerly known as Fields Point Corporation and <br /> now known as Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership) heti leen operating <br /> under and in conformance with this Special Permit, as well as subsequent <br /> minor revisions to the special permit as provided for under SP-86-04-024. <br /> Applicant requests to make minor revisions to the site plan and landscaping <br /> as provided for under Condition Number 5 of SP-86-04-024 to alter the <br /> existing parking lot, expand the available parking, and to install landscaping <br /> associated with such parking. Such minor changes are permitted under the <br /> C-1 cone of the Zoning Ordinance, are consistent with applicable law, rules <br /> and .regulations, and are in general conformance with the existing Special <br /> Permit.
