V-00-70 17 Snead Drive <br /> Map 67 Block 49 <br /> A Petition was filed on January 19, 2000 by Prime Homes Inc. for a Variance <br /> I <br /> from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the sideline setback II ! <br /> requirements to allow for construction of a single-family home on property located in an <br /> R-5 zoning district at 17 Snead Drive (Map 67 Block 49)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of I <br /> i <br /> record: Kenneth Marsters, et al, Trustee.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 4 and !� <br /> February 11, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on !' <br /> Wednesday, February 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning !! <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni,Frederick R. <br /> jl <br /> Borgeson and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant who <br /> Plans to build a ranch-style home with a two-car garage. Mr. Dan Marsters,builder for <br /> the proposal, also attended the meeting. The applicant is requesting a two-foot sideline '! <br /> Variance on both sides of the narrow lot. The applicant is proposing only 18.8% lot <br /> coverage,well under the allowed 30% in a cluster subdivision. <br /> Mr. Richard Bolduc, a neighbor, expressed approval of the project. �!ij I j III ILI <br /> No other comments were received from abutters. l' <br /> � i <br />
