Blank of <br /> Mamoroneck,New York for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to vary the front setback requirements to allow for an addition to an ! j <br /> existing home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 15 Clover Lane (Map 117 j <br /> I <br /> Block 239) Mashpee, MA. <br /> ilk I j <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> I <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 18 and February j <br /> 25, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Marshall A. Brem and <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Scott Goldstein, builder for the project, represented the applicants and stated <br /> that a Variance of five (5) feet from the front setback requirements is being requested to <br /> allow for an addition to the existing kitchen. The proposed addition would be 14 x 16 j <br /> 11 <br /> feet—a total of 224 square feet. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> ' I <br />
