Domolky <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning j <br /> J, <br /> j <br /> By-laws to allow for additions to a pre-existing,non-conforming home located in an j <br /> R-3 zoning district at 26 Spoondrift Circle (Map 111 Block 120)Mashpee, MA. <br /> i <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General j <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 18 and February <br /> ii <br /> 25, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Ij <br /> j � <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 8 2000 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Richard T. Guerrera <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. �I <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke of the Phoenix Group represented the applicants and <br /> submitted photos of the house. The structure was built in 1962 and is a pre-existing, <br /> non-conforming structure. The proposal is to expand the bathroom by three feet. iI <br /> i <br /> The Conservation Commission considered the proposal to be of a minor nature Ili <br /> and has already issued an Order of Conditions. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i' <br />
