Gerlt of <br /> Windsor, Connecticut for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Ann's Cove on property <br /> �I I <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 118 Summersea Road(Map 105 Block 51)Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> Ti <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10, <br /> li I Ili <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> illp <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> "I =1 <br /> Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Marshall A. Brem I! <br /> II <br /> I <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the II <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town ofAll <br /> i <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. j <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the applicants. <br /> Plans call for a stairway to descend down the coastal bank to a ramp and float system j <br /> within Ann's Cove. The proposed length of the pier, ramp and float is under the allowed <br /> 70-foot total length limit. The Conservation Commission and the Shellfish Constable <br /> have approved the project.
