Brem Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the applicant. The �• �� Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. The Harbormaster has approved a ,! seasonal float. ,�, ►•�" Mr. Regan questioned the exact amount of Variance being sought on the pier length. Mr. Brem stated that he had visited the site and that the proposal does require a lengthy pier in order to reach M1-1W. No comments were received from abutters. a u Mr. Brem moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and that the p4 float is a seasonal float that will be removed in the winter. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All agreed. Mr. Brem moved to grant a Variance of 40 feet, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and that the float is a seasonal float that will be removed in the winter.
