Mr. <br /> Brem stated that he had visited the site and that the proposal does require a lengthy pier <br /> in order to reach M1-1W. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> a <br /> u <br /> Mr. Brem moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and that the p4 <br /> float is a seasonal float that will be removed in the winter. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Brem moved to grant a Variance of 40 feet, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and that <br /> the float is a seasonal float that will be removed in the winter. Mr. Regan seconded.
