The permit is conditioned upon <br /> compliance with plans of Cape&Islands Engineering dated July 31, 1998. r <br /> On April 5, 2000, Mr. Peter Merlino, current owner of the subject lot, submitted revised <br /> plans and a request for a Modification to the Special Permit, SP-98-128. The request is <br /> being made prior to the two-year expiration period for Special Permits. <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Zella E. Elizenberry and Richard T. Guerrera. Mr. Regan *F <br /> stepped down. <br /> Mr. Peter Merlino represented his application and referred to the revised plans. The <br /> entire footprint has been changed, but the proposal meets all the setback requirements. , <br /> Mr. Norling demolished the home approximately two years ago, prior to Mr. Merlino's <br /> purchase of the subject lot. The Board reviewed the plans. Mr. Nelson commented that <br /> the applicant has changed only the basic design of the house. Board Secretary confirmed <br /> a verbal approval of the project from the Conservation Commission Agent. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. _ p <br /> a <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Modification to the Special Permit, SP-98-128. She stated that the lot is totally <br /> encompassed by the Waquoit Bay ACEC and is bounded on the southern,western and <br /> northern property boundaries by a salt marsh.
