Mr. Brem seconded. All agreed. ' <br /> Salrama, Inc. (Dick&Ellie's Flea Market) -Requests a Renewal of the Modification to <br /> the Special Permit(SP-95-32)to allow canopies and tent covers to remain overnight on <br /> property located in a C-1 zoning district at 650 Falmouth Road(Map 81 Block 4) ' <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Mashpee Investors, LLC.) <br /> At the March 22, 2000 Public Hearings,the Board voted to conduct an on-site meeting on # M <br /> April 3, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. with the applicant,the Board and Building Commissioner <br /> William F. Hauck. The Board also voted to ask Town Counsel if the applicant needs to <br /> come back on a yearly basis to renew the Special Permit or just to renew the Modification <br /> to the Special Permit. The Board voted to continue the hearing until April 12, 2000. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on April 3, 2000 at 650 Falmouth Road. Board members ; <br /> present were Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Board Member Robert G.Nelson, ;W <br /> Associate Members Zella E. Elizenberry, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> Michael Salvi and Joseph Marrama of Salrama, Inc. were present. A few residents from <br /> Deer Crossing also attended the meeting. <br /> After some discussion,the Board decided to require Salrama, Inc.to complete the ,'P <br /> following tasks on the subject property: <br /> 1. Clean the area next to the restaurant. : �w <br /> 2. Provide four storage containers for flea market operation. <br /> 3. Relocate the grader on the property. <br /> 4. Make a distinction in the parking lot between the parking lot and septic p� <br /> system area with a green temporary fence. <br /> 5. Remove dead trees and shrubs from the property. <br /> 6. Clean and remove debris from the entrance across from Deer Crossing. t.' <br /> 7. Install a new chain at the entrance across from Deer Crossing. <br /> 8. Maintain and keep trash under control and keep the subject property tidy. <br /> On April 12, 2000, Mr. Michael Salvi represented his application. His partner, Joseph <br /> Marrama, also attended the meeting. Mr. Salvi said that everything on the list,with the <br /> exception of the relocation of the grader,has been accomplished. Mr. Salvi said that the <br /> grader must remain on the property in the event of washouts and suggested that the <br /> current location of the grader is the safest location. He asked the Board for permission to � 'ti <br /> leave the grader where it is and stake it out with fencing. <br /> b I <br /> Mr. Regan confirmed that the applicant did a nice job on installing the new chain.
