Mashpee Zoning Minutes—April 12, 2000 7 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant and stated <br /> that the plans have been revised as requested by the Harbormaster. The Conservation ""'�► <br /> Commission has approved the project. No Variance is required for construction of the <br /> pier, ramp and float. The existing structure shall be removed. 1 <br /> P r'ti <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Mr. <br /> Brem seconded. All agreed. <br /> George A. Benway in—Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of <br /> the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the front and rear setback requirements <br /> and the setback requirements from the water and wetlands to allow for construction , <br /> of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 6 Great River <br /> North Road(Map 114 Block 30A)Mashpee, MA. *.h <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Zella E.Elizenberry. ; <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant. The , <br /> Conservation Commission has approved revised plans dated 3/2/00. A Variance of 15 <br /> feet from the wetlands and a Variance of 4 feet from the front setback requirements is <br /> requested. A small two-bedroom home is proposed with lot coverage of only 10%. A ,' <br /> Ms. Elizenberry questioned if a garage is proposed and whether or not the plans would ' <br /> change. Mr. Sanicki said that construction of a garage is not planned and that if the plans �' ° 'w <br /> do change,the applicant would be required to receive Conservation Commission and <br /> ZBA approval. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant a Variance of 15 feet from the setback requirements to the . <br /> water and wetlands and a Variance of 4 feet from the front setback requirements, subject <br /> to criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and fmdin s 1 2 3 4.
