Mashpee Zoning Minutes—April 26, 20007 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> request for a 12-foot Variance. He said that the Monomoscoy Road subdivision was ` e <br /> adopted in 1912, making the existing dwelling a pre-existing, non-conforming structure. p � " <br /> gxraa� <br /> The existing cesspool would be replaced and improved by a new Title V septic system <br /> with a micro-fast treatment system. The new septic system would lower from 55%to r Y� <br /> 80% of the nitrate loading into the groundwater into Little River " <br /> and Great River. <br /> Lot coverage would be 15%. The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. lea <br /> Mr. Nelson inquired about the proposed second-floor deck..Mr. Hauck said that an <br /> overhang of two feet is allowed. Mr. Slavinsky said that the deck encroaches by 2 feet. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant a Special Permit. Mr. Borgeson seconded. All agreed. <br /> -o <br /> Nelson moved to grant a Variance of 12 feet from the front setback requirements on <br /> Monomoscoy Road and a Variance of 3 feet from the rear property line to the proposed <br /> second-floor deck, subject to criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 2, 3, and a new septic �*h <br /> system would be an improvement to the lot. Mr. Borgeson seconded. All agreed. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Thomas F. & Bonnie A.
