Town o Mashpee <br /> ,s <br /> 16 Great Veck Pvoad Xorth <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALWIashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Ernest&Maria Dolan V-00-118 92 Uncle Percy's Road <br /> Map 117 Block 183 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 4, 2000 by Ernest&Maria Dolan of Revere, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the front setback requirements to allow for construction of a <br /> single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 92 Uncle Percy's <br /> Road(Map 117 Block 183) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 21 and April 28, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 10, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board € <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Dolan attended the hearing. Mr. Dolan referred to the plans and f <br /> said that the existing dwelling would be demolished and a new home would be <br /> constructed. Mr. Hauck confirmed that a Special Permit is not required for demolition of <br /> a home in an Overlay District. The Board of Health has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
