Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. Regan 111 and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> At the Public Hearings on May 10, 2000,the Board granted the Variance. The Decision <br /> has been filed with the Town Clerk,the 20-day appeal period has expired and the <br /> certified copy has been sent to the applicant. <br /> J. E. Landers-Cauley, P.E., civil-environmental engineering, submitted a letter dated May <br /> 30, 2000 to the ZBA regarding the elevations on the site at 92 Uncle Percy's Road. <br /> The Board reviewed the letter. Mr. Nelson said that the letter seems to have been <br /> submitted to clarify the elevations.
