Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> t <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 26 and June 2 <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 14, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning nmg Board of <br /> Appeals wereresent and acting g throu ghout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and f <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the f <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the application and <br /> stated that the Conservation Commission approved construction of the house on the <br /> subject lot approximately eight months ago. A staircase along the bank with a pier, ramp <br /> and float is proposed. <br /> The Conservation Commission and the Shellfish Constable have approved the E <br /> i <br /> project. f <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> f <br /> �Kr I <br /> i <br /> s2 <br />
