Webster SP-00-123 393 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Map 124 Block 68 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 25, 2000 by Katherine A. Webster of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to remove two existing docks and construct a pier,ramp and float on <br /> Little River on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 393 Monomoscoy Road <br /> (Map 124 Block 68)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 26 and June 2, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> I <br /> Wednesday, June 14, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Zella E. Elizenberry <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> I <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> stated that the two existing docks will be removed to allow for construction of a pier, <br /> ramp and float on the subject property. i <br /> Mr. Govoni read a memo from the Shellfish Constable requesting the removal of <br /> the float during the cold winter months. Mr. Sanicki confirmed that the float is a seasonal <br /> float that will be removed during the winter months when it is not in use. No Variance is <br /> being requested. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> n <br />
