East, Jr. and Allison Pat East <br /> of Sudbury, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to vary the lot coverage, side and front setback requirements to allow for <br /> construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 22 <br /> Wilson's Grove (Map 118 Block 75)Mashpee, MA. Or <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 26 and June 2, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 14, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> F <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni,Robert G.Nelson and <br /> t <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan stepped down and left the room. !r <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the applicant and j <br /> stated that a new single-family home would be constructed after demolition of the <br /> existing dwelling on the subject property. Proposed lot coverage would be 26.8%. L <br /> Installation of a new septic system is planned.
