Daddario Co., Inc. for a Special 14 <br /> Permit under Sections 174-51 and 174-55 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to erect <br /> signage on property located in an I-1 zoning district at 106 Falmouth Road (Map 54 <br /> Block 5)Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Duck Pond Limited Partnership. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Times, a <br /> i� <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 12 and June 19, 2000, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearin was held on the Petition on at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 28, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the l <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Rob Dougherty represented the application. The Board reviewed the plans. <br /> The Design Review Committee has approved the proposal. I� IIS <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on June 28, 2000 to grant the Special Permit to allow for erection of signage <br /> on the subject property.
