The applicant is requesting the <br /> same Variance relief as granted in Variance V-99-13. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Guerrera moved to grant a Variance of.6% from the lot coverage requirements and a rip- 11p` <br /> Variance of 14 feet from the front setback requirements, subject to similar findings as <br /> V-99-13. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Richard P. & Julia A Brady—Request a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning � il, <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the setback requirements from water and wetlands to <br /> allow for construction of an attached garage with a'den and deck overhead on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 256 Monomoscoy Road(Map 120 Block 56) <br /> Mashpee, MA. Guerrera. <br /> ,do�Nl <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Brady represented their application and referred to the revised plan that the <br /> Board requested at the Public Hearings on June 28, 2000. The revised plan shows the lot <br /> coverage, the square footage of upland and wetland, and proper definition of the property wl ,, <br /> line and dimensions on the property Variance of 20 feet is being requested from <br /> y line.
