Board Members present were Chairman <br /> Edward M. Govoni,Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Associate Members Richard T. <br /> Guerrera, Marshall A. Brem, Frederick R. Borgeson and. Zella E.Elizenberry. Building 107 1' <br /> Inspector Russell W. Wheeler also attended the meeting. Clerk Robert G.Nelson was not �Al <br /> present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Charles W. Russo, Trustee, Russo Realty Trust—Requests a Special Permit under <br /> Sections 174-25.F.3, 174-80 and 174-82 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> construct an automobile repair shop within the Groundwater Protection District on <br /> property located in a C-2 zoning district at 58 and 64 Algonquin Avenue(Map 72 1, <br /> Block 112 and Block 113) Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: William E. Crowell. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Richard T.
