Mashpee Zoning Minutes—August 9, 2000 4 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> p°.,k. <br /> Mr. Peters suggested that the neighbors in the area should meet and discuss the proposal <br /> with the Petitioner and the owner of the subject properties. ����,•,� <br /> Mr. Haney, a resident of Mashpee, suggested that the Board could get information from <br /> the Board of Health as to the exact number of units that are allowed on the subject <br /> properties. <br /> may,, <br /> Attorney Mills said that the Petitioner would agree to the Board allowing for a reasonable ��, <br /> use of the properties. Mr. Regan repeated that use of the white house would be limited to <br /> single-family use. Mr. Regan also expressed surprise that only one abutter out of the 175 ' <br /> abutters notified by the ZBA of the Public Hearings attended the meeting. <br /> Ms.Elizenberry moved to continue the hearing until August 23,2000 to allow the 'v <br /> Petitioner an opportunity to provide the following: <br /> • contact and discussion with the neighbors concerning the proposal. • '' •� <br /> pl'. <br /> • copies of any decisions regarding the subject properties from the 1980's filed <br /> with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds. <br /> • copies of any relevant documentation. <br /> • proposed parking plan. <br /> • Board of Health folder with capacity numbers. <br /> • documentation that the Building Department has issued a violation regarding <br /> the three-family rental on the subject properties. <br /> • on-site visit with ZBA, owner, attorney. <br /> Mr. Brem seconded. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> This Petition has been continued from Public Hearings held on 3/8/00,'4/26/00, 5110/00 „01 <br /> 6/14/00 and 8/9/00. The Petitioner has also requested extensions of his hearing and <br /> extensions for action by the Board on said hearing to allow for Conservation Commission <br /> approval of the project.
