Gangemi V-00-146 20 Wheeler Road <br /> Map 57Block 4 <br /> i <br /> A Petition was filed on Jul <br /> 6 2000 b <br /> Ronald P. <br /> Y y Gangemi of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the fire protection requirements to allow for construction of a single-family <br /> dwelling on a dirt road on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 20 Wheeler Road <br /> (Map 57 Block 4) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> lid <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 21 and July 28, 2000 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I' <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on I� <br /> Wednesday, August 9, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Gangemi represented his Petition and stated that several homes have already <br /> been <br /> constructed on Wheeler Road. Thero osed location of home is very close to <br /> P p <br /> � <br /> the asphalt section of the road. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. the subject property is located at 20 Wheeler Road and consists of 1.7 acres of <br /> land. <br /> j i � <br />
