Kuusela SP-00-168 Map 125 Block 5 <br /> 379 Monomoscoy Road <br /> !1 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 8, 2000 by Marie Jones and Richard S. Kuusela <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to allow for reconstruction of three existing piers and construction of a new <br /> ramp and float on Little River on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 379 <br /> Monomoscoy Road(Map 125 Block 5)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 25 and <br /> September 1, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> i <br /> This Petition has been continued from the September 13, 2000 Public Hearings j <br /> to allow the Petitioner an opportunity to receive approval from the Conservation I. <br /> Commission. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on , <br /> Wednesday, October 4, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee ee Z <br /> p oning Board of Appeals issues this Decisionursuant to the <br /> e <br /> II <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that the project calls for removal of the three dilapidated piers, construction of new � <br /> I <br /> piers and repair of existing bulkheads on the subject property. No Variance relief is <br /> being requested. <br /> � I <br /> The Conservation Commission and Shellfish Constable have approved the <br /> project. j <br /> No comments were received from abutters. is <br />
