Owner of record of 74 Summersea Road: Ray Bachand. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> i > <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 25 and <br /> September 1, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 13, 2000, at which time the following members of the ZoningI <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. I' <br /> Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Steven Silva, an engineer with Homes &McGrath, Inc., represented the <br /> Petition and stated that the pier, ramp and float would be a shared use and the Decision <br /> would be recorded on the deeds of the three properties at 70, 72 and 74 Summersea Road. <br /> The Conservation Commission and Shellfish Constable have approved the <br /> proposal.
