Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 25 and <br /> September 1, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on i :r <br /> Wednesday, October 11, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> E , <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G.Nelson <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> P' <br /> This Petition has been continued from the September 13, 2000 Public Hearings to ! <br /> allow the Petitioner to request from the ZBA a Variance from the setback requirements to <br /> a; <br /> water and wetlands. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke of the Phoenix Group represented the Petition and stated <br /> that the proposal calls for construction of a new home within the ACEC. The Board has <br /> granted a Variance from the setback requirements to water and wetlands to allow for ! i. <br /> construction of a single-family home on the subject property. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> .
