Owner of record: Estate of Inez M. Mills. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 15 and <br /> September 22, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. III L; <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on j <br /> Wednesday, October 4, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> j <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> I <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that the existing dwelling is very old and dilapidated with an old cesspool and well <br /> pit on the subject property. The proposal calls for demolition of the existing dwelling and <br /> reconstruction of a new single-family home. Installation of a new Title V septic system <br /> is also planned. Mr. and Mrs. Pocknett attended the meeting. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky said that the subject property does not meet current lot size <br /> requirements of 80,000 square feet. No Variance from height, lot coverage or setback <br /> requirements is being requested. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
