James F. Kelley and Patricia M. Kelley(the "Kelleys")have a residential address <br /> at 88 Gulliver Street,Milton, Massachusetts. The Kelleys also own property in Mashpee, <br /> I <br /> Massachusetts which property abuts the parcel which is the subject of this appeal.
