Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 15 and ! <br /> September 22, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made apart hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> I � <br /> Wednesday, October 4, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning ; III <br /> i <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> f III''.. <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Mark Gildea represented the Petition along with the engineer,Mr. <br /> Kuchinski, and the builder, Mr. Tarabelli. <br /> On April 26, 2000,the Zoning Board of Appeals granted the Petitioner a <br /> Variance (V-00-103) from the side setback requirements to allow for construction of a <br /> single-family home on the subject property. Due to an oversight on the part of the <br /> engineer,the correct calculation of the proposed lot coverage was not included on the <br /> plan. <br /> The Petitioner is seeking a Variance of 9% from the lot coverage requirements. <br /> There are no other changes to the proposal. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> I <br /> I'' ! <br />
